Dr. Keith Rosenthal, DPM, FACFAS obtained his podiatry degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He was a member of the National Podiatry Honor Society and received several academic scholarships while in attendance.

Post Graduate Education

Surgical Residency at St. Michael's Medical Center

Awards and Accomplishments

Founder and 1st Editor in 1995 of school journal, "Podiatric Medical Review". Published the very first article in this journal entitled, "Factors Predicting a Poor Prognosis in Rheumatoid Arthritis". First Podiatrist to receive the "Excellence in Caring Award" handed out annually by Kimball Medical Center.

Undergraduate Education

Dr. Rosenthal is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.

Personal Notes:

Dr. Rosenthal is married with two children. He resides in Asbury Park where he enjoys bike riding by the beach, working out, and listening to live music. He plays piano and is often joined by his son (guitar) and daughter (vocals) in a band aptly named, Homegrown.

Dr. Julian Sansone, DPM, FACFAS obtained his podiatry degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2002.

Dr. Sansone is a graduate of St John’s University.

Professional Notes:

Dr. Sansone sees patients of all ages and abilities, including pediatric, geriatric, and athletes. He treats problems of the foot and ankle: bunion deformities, flatfoot deformities, plantar fasciitis/tendinitis, hammertoe, neuroma, diabetic feet, sports injuries and wound care. He has special expertise in foot surgery and custom foot orthoses. He strives for good patient communication, which includes explaining the diagnosis and outlining a treatment plan with conservative and surgical treatment options.

Personal Notes:

Dr. Sansone enjoys working out, skiing, basketball, swimming, and table tennis. He is an avid fan of movies, Rock music/concerts and a long time Yankees fan.


Dr. Matthew Blutfield

Dr. Matthew Blutfield

Doctor Matthew Blutfield was born and raised in Westfield, New Jersey. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from Gettysburg College, and received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Blutfield completed his three-year residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is trained in all aspects of foot and ankle care including sports medicine, forefoot and rearfoot deformities, diabetic foot care, and limb salvage. Serving as Chief Resident in his third year, Dr. Blutfield enjoyed teaching his fellow residents in the operating room as well as the clinic to help them develop their podiatric skills. Dr. Blutfield has a passion for Sports Medicine and has volunteered at The Penn Relays, The Boston Marathon, and The University of Pennsylvania Sports Medicine Clinic. He is also interested in educating the community on podiatric health issues and has volunteered at a variety of community events and health fairs conducting foot screenings. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is ABBM board certified.

Doctor Blutfield is very excited to be working in his home state of New Jersey, and the opportunity to provide podiatric care to the community. Outside of the office, Dr. Blutfield is a former competitive swimmer. He also enjoys running, tennis, traveling, and is an avid sports fan.
